MENU - week #1
PLEASE NOTE: I am "stockpiled" from previous shopping trips, gardening, friends sharing bounty, angel food ministries, salvage store jaunts, etc ...........if you are NEW to couponing it may take you a while to get to this point where you have many ON HAND ITEMS ......
THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF MY MENUS , prob. will not be EXACT but you get the idea!

BREAKFASTS: pancakes, waffles, hashbrowns, fruit, yogurt, instant breakfast, coffee
all "on the go" frozen items or on hand this is NORMAL for the SCHOOL YEAR around here
very seldom do I cook breakfast (weekends - and make extra to freeze for week)

LUNCH : leftovers packed in lunchboxes with snack items, fruit, crackers, peanut butter, wraps, nachos, oodles of noodles, pasta salad etc VERY SELDOM do I make sandwiches , as my family would rather have left overs

DINNERS
****Monday $1 burger night at Capital Ale House reg. these are $7 burgers! 3 of us ate dinner OUT last night for $15 including the tip (FRIES ARE $7 enuff for 3 to share, 4 burgers and iced tea for DH) I like to have AT LEAST one meal out that I don't have to cook / clean up after per week, this is MUCH cheaper than pizza this week! OH YEA and it was delish!

****many times I try to go VEGETARIAN on clean the fridge nights for "healthy" reasons ....... this particular 2 week menu is predominately CHICKEN & TURKEY
other weeks (depending on sales / coupons) it will vary........ from SEAFOOD ITEMS, VEGETARIAN, BEEF etc..........

TUESDAY:
time to shop again! All of the above recommended meals are flexible and can be changed, I am not stringent on my menus. This is a GUIDE to help those that are struggling to come up with ideas ........ or just learning to make meals around what you have on hand!
