DAY 5 DIET

DAY 5 (SUNDAY)
breakfast: Yogurt ACTIVA
Lunch: 2/3 cup trail mix & pear
Dinner: Corky's BBQ ribs 1/2 rack, cole slaw , green beans
Dessert/Snack: small pc. of rum cake
Beverages : coffee with splena+ teaspoon of non dairy vanilla creamer, water with lime
VITAMINS: multi, D, C, 2-Ginsing, Acai Berry, Green Tea, Colon Cleanse, melatonin
SLEEP: 12 hours
EXERCISE: Helped Daughter Move
