DAY 4

DAY 4 (SATURDAY)
breakfast: MUSELI (whole grain, organic, no sugar) w/ 2% milk - 1 cup cereal
Lunch: Strawberry / Banana Yogurt w/ about 5 pecan halves
Dinner: Went out for MEXICAN Shrimp Quesedillia / chips / cheese dip
Dessert/Snack:
Beverages : coffee with splena+ teaspoon of non dairy vanilla creamer,
VITAMINS: multi, D, C, 2-Ginsing, Acai Berry, Green Tea, Colon Cleanse, melatonin
SLEEP: 9 hours
EXERCISE: running errands, lifting boxes, laundry, dishes
WEIGHT WATCHERS TOTAL ESTIMATED POINTS today : 15 (this is a guess)
WEIGHT: 135 (no additional loss)
